USE OF THIS SITE
All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information will constitute a breach of these Terms of Use. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested.
ORDERS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, reject, or cancel an order for any reason at any time. Situations that may result in your order being rejected or cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems with acceptance of a credit card payment. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is rejected or cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card, or issue you a company cheque in the amount of the charge.
No order is considered accepted until payment has been authorized and the product is shipped.
In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such a cancellation.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same credit card or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
DELIVERY
Once an order has been paid in full, each item will be picked for dispatch. All in-stock items will be dispatched next working day from the date of payment. For out-of-stock items, please allow up to 10 working days for notification of dispatch.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you require items to dispatched quickly, this can be arranged (may be subject to additional charges).
RETURNS POLICY
Faulty items can be returned for up to 28 days from date of purchase and a like-for-like replacement item will be provided. Where a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
You retain the right to cancel your order for a period of 7 working days from date of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must:

Return your item(s) to us in their original packaging.
Postage costs will be borne by you. Should you wish to cancel your order and return your goods, you will be refunded the amount paid less the cost of postage, i.e. for an item which cost £10.00 plus £1.50 postage, we will refund £10.00.
DISCLAIMER
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Where measurements are shown, these are approximates.
